With over 25 years of experience in business and construction-related fields, Amy spent 23 years at a family-owned company, where she developed a robust skill set in leadership, project management, and technical expertise. Motivated by a mission to empower women and minorities in the male-dominated construction industry, she founded C Three Contractors to deliver exceptional commercial roofing, residential roofing, and general contracting services across the nation. Under her leadership, the company is renowned for its superior craftsmanship, innovative solutions, and steadfast dedication to client satisfaction.

Amy’s influence extends well beyond her company. She is an active member of the Associated General Contractors of Missouri (AGCMO), contributing to industry advancement through advocacy and education, and the American Subcontractors Association Midwest (ASA Midwest), where she promotes collaboration and process improvement for subcontractors and suppliers in the St. Louis region. Her expertise is also showcased through speaking engagements at Build Expo USA, a leading national construction trade show, where she addresses roofing innovation, industry trends, and the importance of diversity in construction. As a passionate advocate for women in the field, Amy leads initiatives like the Women Empowering Women West County Luncheons and the St. Louis Council of Construction Consumers Women’s Leadership Luncheons.

Further demonstrating her commitment to community impact, Amy serves on the Executive Board of Behavioral Health Response (BHR), a St. Louis-based organization providing mental health crisis support and resources.
