By opting in to our SMS/text messaging program, you agree to receive text messages from C Three Contractors at the mobile number you provide. These Terms and Conditions apply to your participation in our SMS service.

1. Program Description

The C Three Contractors SMS Program ("Program") sends SMS/MMS messages related to our roofing, exterior remodeling, storm damage restoration, and general contracting services. Expected message types include:  

*Project quotes, estimates, and follow-ups

*Appointment scheduling and reminders  

*Storm damage alerts and insurance claim updates  

*Promotional offers, seasonal tips, and service specials  

*Account notifications and service confirmations

Messages are a mix of transactional (e.g., reminders, updates) and promotional (e.g., offers).

2. Message Frequency (Texting Cadence)

Frequency varies based on your interactions, location/weather events, and our service needs. Expect up to [e.g., 4-10 messages per month] on average. During storm seasons or active projects, you may receive more; quieter periods may have fewer or none.

3. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan and contract. You are solely responsible for any such charges. We do not charge for our texts.

4. How to Get Help or Opt 

Out For help: Reply HELP to any message, text HELP to our number, or contact us via our contact us form on the website. 

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message or text STOP to our number. You'll receive a confirmation, and we'll stop sending messages promptly (usually within 24 hours). After opting out, you won't receive further Program messages (except one final confirmation if applicable).

Opting out does not affect other communication channels (e.g., email, calls) unless you specify otherwise.

5. Consent and Agreement

By providing your mobile number and opting in (via website form, keyword, verbal consent, etc.), you give prior express written consent to receive automated or recurring autodialed text messages from C Three Contractors, even if your number is on a Do Not Call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You confirm you are the account holder or authorized user of the provided number.

6. Privacy

7. Additional Terms

We may update or end the Program or these terms anytime; continued participation means acceptance of changes.
